The National Technical Museum has newly acquired 15 valuable Praga vehicles from the private collection of Emil Příhoda. A selection of eight of them is now on display in the exhibition located in the Transport Hall.
The exhibition tells the story of the Hainz company, which is not merely a business journey from its artisanal beginnings to modern industrial clock production, but also reflects the transformations and dramatic upheavals of Czech society. It also highlights the company’s work in maintaining significant historic clock mechanisms, including the Prague Astronomical Clock in the Old Town Square, which it has been responsible for keeping in working order since the 19th century.
